Our chalets not only offer an extraordinarily high quality of accommodation in outstanding locations, but also a bespoke service from professional onsite staff – all included in your chalet rental. Our sole mission is to make your vacation as smooth and pleasant as possible so you can enjoy your luxury ski holiday.
Each chalet comes with a Chalet Manager, carefully selected because of their intimate knowledge of the resort and the industry. They look after every detail prior to your arrival and during your stay – a pre-arrival shop, personal ski lessons, a restaurant reservation or a yoga trainer – you name it.
The professional chef, dedicated to your party only, will prepare bespoke dining experiences throughout your stay. Whether you wish for a gourmet feast created with gastronomic magic; a classic dinner prepared with local specialities or simply comfort food in front of the TV, everything is possible. Some Chalets even have their own vine cellar with an eclectic selection of international and local vines.
The private chauffeur is at your disposability day and night and will drive you to the ski lifts, the town centre, the restaurant, or wherever you wish.
Most of our ski lodges have a dedicated spa area, including a sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzis. Qualified masseuses and beauticians are on hand to pamper and spoil you and prepare those aching muscles for the next day on the slopes. All chalets also include a housekeeper or maid, invisible but present when you need them.
