With stunning agility, your pilot will skirt monumental cliffs and swoop over twisted ice features jutting from the tortured blue ice of the glacier below you.
o Heliski Italia
Go where few have ever skied, ride fresh powder inaccessible by lifts and enjoy descents from summit to valley throughout the day. From intermediate to extreme skiers; there is no better way to feel on top of the world.
o Heli Tarantaise Tour
Ski 7 ski resorts in one day on this incredible tour, which links together the best skiing in the French Alps. You leave Chamonix by helicopter, flying over the Vallée Blanche to Tignes where snowmobiles wait to take you to the top of the first spectacular descent. Skiing to Champagny, then La Plagne, Bellecote – skiing the north face of Bellecote to Peisey Nan Croix, Les Arcs and off piste to Villaroger. You then take the helicopter back to Argentière and finish the day with a fantastic descent on the Grands Montets.
o The Italian Job
After your day’s activities why not spend the evening in the neighbouring resort of Courmayeur. Leaving Chamonix at 5pm, you will reach the foot of the Italian slopes and travel by skidoo to a specifically chosen restaurant – a thrilling trip piloted by expert local drivers. After a fantastic dinner of the very best regional Italian cuisine, you return to the valley on skis with torchlight descent (non skiers can descend by skidoo).
o James Bond Night
Enjoy the thrill of an evening quad ride up to the Auberge de Colombaz in the enchanting resort of Les Contamines, where a delicious gastronomic meal awaits. Indulge yourself in local specialities before embarking on a tremendous 3km descent by sledge back down to the village.
o Husky Sledding Evening
Spend a memorable and fun evening driving your own team of huskies around in the twilight! You will be introduced to the dogs and shown how to control the sled before hitching up the huskies and setting off in convoy around tranquil forest and mountain paths. Each person has their own head-torch, sled and team of huskies to manage during the 30-40 minute tour which finishes with a well earned meal in the warmth of a local restaurant.
o Moonlit Vallee Blanche
Quite possibly one of the most amazing experiences you may have in your life! Catch the last cable car of the day to watch the sun set from the Aiguille du Midi. Cross the arête and visit the infamous Refuge des Cosmiques for dinner and a few drinks before heading down the Vallée Blanche at around 10pm. It is hard to describe the wonder and splendor of the snow and glaciers beneath the light of the full moon - the night sky is actually a dark shade of blue, not black, so you can see everything. It is utterly extraordinary and if you ever happen to be in Chamonix round a full moon, you should most definitely do this!
